Taipei Pride was great. I just hope the government has taken note of all the organizations requesting equal rights, especially recognizing same-sex marriage or partnerships. Even though there were 25 000 people, it is just a drop in the ocean. An estimated 10 percent of Taipei citizens is gay. So, hopefully this event keeps on growing.
