根据维基百科和百度百科上对Rush Popper的注释，Rush主要成分包括：亚硝酸丁酯（isoamyl nitrite）、亚硝酸异戊酯（isopentyl nitrite）、异丙基亚硝酸盐（2-propyl nitrite）和异亚硝酸盐（2-methylpropyl nitrite）等的综合。
虽然没有直接研究Rush的生殖毒性研究，但是有不少关于其中成分亚硝酸盐对精子和生殖的不良影响。列了一些如下。大家有代孕计划和想有孩子的话，还是要注意不要过度使用Rush。
